Cherry Tomatoes and Chilli Oil Black Soybean Spaghetti

A quick and easy way to enjoy your Black Bean Pasta is to cook as per packet instructions, toss with butter (or vegan butter), chilli oil, a few cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with parsley and cracked black pepper. Easy and delicious!
Method
- In a large frying pan add the butter or oil over a medium to high temperature.

Add the minced garlic and cook for a few minutes or until slightly softened.

Add the cooked Black Soybean Spaghetti as per packet instructions (drained but 1 cup of pasta water reserved).

Add the tomatoes and stir in a pinch of salt.

Add the pasta water and use a pair of tongs to stir the cherry tomatoes and garlic through.
- To serve, garnish with chopped parsley, pepper and a sprinkle of chilli oil.
