PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

1 tsp organic coconut oil
200g (1/2 tin) organic chickpeas cooked, drained
1/4 tsp organic cumin powder
1/4 tsp organic paprika 
1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt
1/4 tsp organic garlic powder
1/4 tsp organic ground coriander 
2 1/2 cups mixed lettuce  
1/4 cucumber, diced 
1/4 large avocado, diced
Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved

Dressing:

1 tsp organic coconut aminos
1 tsp mayonnaise (homemade preferably)
1 tsp sesame seed oil

method

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a small fry-pan over medium to low heat.
  2. Add the drained chickpeas, herbs and spices into the fry-pan and cook until crispy (around 5-10mins).
  3. To make the dressing, simply whisk aminos, mayonnaise and sesame oil in a small dish until well combined.
  4. In a large bowl combine the lettuce, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, cooked chickpeas and dressing and toss to combine.
  5. Serve up and enjoy!!
