- Add the walnuts, cashews, sunflower seeds and coconut to a food processor and process until it resembles fine breadcrumbs.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, except the almond milk and process until everything is combined.
- Then in small increments, add the nut milk until the mixture is slightly sticky and is easy to roll.
- Taking about 1 tbsp at a time, roll into balls. Roll in extra cacao if desired.
- Store in the fridge for up to 10 days.
