A fantastic nutritious breakfast for the time poor. Prepare a batch of this for a fibre and protein rich breakfast for when you're on the go!
Add chia seeds and water or milk to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
Add the protein or collagen, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla and optional maple syrup to the blender and blend until smooth.
Place mixture into a bowl or container and place in fridge overnight.
Serve with fresh or frozen berries on top.
