SHORT DESCRIPTION

A fantastic nutritious breakfast for the time poor. Prepare a batch of this for a fibre and protein rich breakfast for when you're on the go!

DESCRIPTION

  1. Add chia seeds and water or milk to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the protein or collagen, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla and optional maple syrup to the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Place mixture into a bowl or container and place in fridge overnight.
  4. Serve with fresh or frozen berries on top.

INGREDIENTS

2 tbsp Organic Black Chia Seeds
¾ cup water or dairy-free milk of choice
1 serve of vegan chocolate protein powder or collagen powder
2 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder
1 tsp Organic Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup fresh or frozen berries
Optional: 1 tbsp Organic Maple Syrup for extra sweetness
