Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding

Method
- Add chia seeds and water or milk to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds.
- Add the protein or collagen, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla and optional maple syrup to the blender and blend until smooth.
- Place mixture into a bowl or container and place in fridge overnight.
- Serve with fresh or frozen berries on top.
