SHORT DESCRIPTION

Create this giant teabag filled with nourishing ingredients and enjoy mess-free cleaning post bath. 

Our sleep tea blend incorporates soothing and sedative effects of lemon balm, peppermint and chamomile plus liquorice root (helps immunity support). Orange peel and rose petals add flavour, vitamin C and antioxidants.

DESCRIPTION

  1. Mix Epsom salts, sleep tea blend and rolled oats together in a bowl.

  2. Added desired amount of essential oil.

    To use:

    To use either pour directly into bath or add ingredients to nut milk bag or fabric muslin bag and tie. Soak and relax!
