Ingredients :
Base: 10 Medjool Dates 1 Cup of Coconut 1/4 Cup Almond Butter 1 TBS of Maple Syrup 3 Tbs Cacao Powder 1 TBS of Chocolate Protein Powder ( Optional ) 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
Topping : 1/4 Cup Cacao Powder 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt ( Add on Toppings - 5 loving Earth Salted Caramel Easter Eggs and 10 gold chocolate covered almonds )
Method :
1. Chop Medjool dates into small pieces and add to a high processed blender 2. Add all other ingredients into your blender and blitz on high for 90 seconds - 2 minutes. 3. Once blended press into a rectangle baking dish and pop into freezer for an hour. 4. To make chocolate topping add all ingredients into your food processor except for Easter Eggs. Blend for 3 minutes on low setting or until nice and smooth. Once blended into a nice smooth topping, add to your slice. 5. Chop Easter eggs and chocolate covered almonds in half and add to your slice. You can also chop some of the chocolate into small pieces and scatter on top. 6. Place in freezer and when your ready to eat take it out 30 minutes before hand and cut into small pieces. 7. Enjoy!!
