Healthy Chocolate Rice Crackles

Method
- Melt coconut oil and brown rice syrup over a low heat in a medium heat. Remove from the heat and add cacao or cocoa, mix to combine.
- Add in puffed rice and chia seeds, stir until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly into lined muffin trays.
- Freeze until set. Store in the freezer or fridge in an airtight container.
- Enjoy!
