SHORT DESCRIPTION

Looking for a steady boost of energy in the morning? This bulletproof coffee is creamy and filled with healthy fats from the MCT oil and ghee for extra fuel designed to keep you full!

We all love coffee and the buzz it gives you in the beginning, but it can also lead to a crash later on. The ingredients in this recipe will help give you a longer, steadier boost of energy.

Start with 1-2 teaspoons of MCT Oil and after a week gradually increasing the dosage by 1-2 teaspoons. Maximum 2 tablespoons per day is advised.

DESCRIPTION

  1. Measure out all ingredients and place into a blender and blend until fully combined. 

  2. Serve and enjoy hot!
