HOW TO USE
Our Organic Acai Berries have a rich, dark-berry flavour that is reminiscent of a fruity chocolate bar. They're slightly bitter, thanks to their elevated levels of antioxidants and low sugar content and are closely related to blueberries and cranberries.
Our Organic Acai Powder pairs well with naturally sweet fruits like bananas, other berries such as strawberries, yoghurt, creamy flavours like almond or coconut, and cacao.
Mix them together to make delicious smoothies or acai bowls.
GROWING & PROCESSING
After ripening on the palm tree, Organic Acai Berries are pitted, pureed, flash-pasteurised and freeze-dried into a rich, dark purple powder. Unlike some other acai powders on the market, ours is 100% freeze-dried acai pulp, ensuring maximum nutrient retention.
Freeze drying is a superior method as it ensures maximum nutrient retention and does not contain any carriers or excipients, like maltodextrin.
