Organic Arborio rice is a nutritious option for any flavorful meal. Made without the use of any harmful chemicals or pesticides, this premium ingredient is an ideal choice for those who are mindful about their health and the environment.

The Arborio Rice, with its creamy exterior and slightly chewy centre, is the secret ingredient to making authentic Italian risotto. Its high absorption capacity allows it to retain all the flavours it is cooked with, resulting in a flavoursome and aromatic dish with every bite.

Not just limited to risotto, this versatile organic rice can be used to create various other dishes like a hearty rice pilaf or as a simple side dish, adding texture and flavour to any meal.

Don't miss out on the opportunity to experience the difference that genuinely healthy ingredients can make in your cooking. Give it a try and discover the difference it can bring to your meals.

HOW TO USE

Cooking Arborio Rice on the Stovetop:

1-Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

2-Add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil and 1 cup of Arborio Rice.

3-Stir the mixture until the water reaches a boil again.

4-Reduce the heat to low and cover the saucepan.

5-Cook undisturbed for 20 minutes or until the rice has absorbed all the water.

Slow Cooker Method:

1-Mix 4 cups of broth (or water) with 1 1/4 cups of Arborio Rice and 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil in a slow cooker.

2-Cook on High for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

When cooked, Arborio Rice releases its starches, imparting a creamy flavour and chewy texture, making it ideal for dishes like risotto or rice pudding. You can add your favourite flavours, such as parmesan cheese, pumpkin, or sage, to create the ultimate crowd-pleaser.

GROWING & PROCESSING

Arborio Rice is grown in the fertile soils of Italy and is carefully harvested and selected to ensure that only the highest quality grains reach your kitchen. The rice is then polished to remove any husks before being carefully packed so that you can enjoy a delicious and healthy meal with every use.
