Organic Coconut Cream is a versatile ingredient with a rich creamy flavour.
This organic coconut cream is made from certified organic coconuts from Sri Lanka where the conditions are perfect and coconuts delicious. The organic coconut flesh is pressed to extract the delicious coconut cream, it is the processed (homogenised and sterilised) using ultra-high temperature (UHT) and packed into an aseptic bag in box ready to use. No thickeners, stabilisers or additives are added unlike most coconut creams.
This coconut cream is different to our coconut cream in the BPA free can. It is homogenised using a special technique that creates a smooth, thick cream perfect for making coconut yoghurt or ice-cream.�
NB: The bag does not have a tap and needs to be cut open for use. Once open, store in the refrigerator and use within 48hrs.
