HOW TO USE

Moreover, it can be utilized in making breads, cakes, biscuits, pancakes, and muffins. It can also be incorporated into curries, smoothies, or sprinkled on top of muesli or yogurt. Additionally, it can be used to create a protein-rich porridge.

Due to its high fiber content, coconut flour requires an equal amount of liquid to flour ratio. It can replace up to 20% of the flour in a recipe, but an equivalent amount of liquid should be added to compensate. To make organic coconut flour, the coconut oil is removed from the fresh white organic coconut flesh. The flesh is dried and defatted and then finely ground into a powder very similar in consistency to wheat flour with no chemicals used during production or processing.
