They are ideal in cereal or trail mixes as well as in baking.
GROWING & PROCESSING
They are removed from the trees when they reach their peak flavour and are then laid out in the sun to dry naturally. They are then pitted, diced to approximately 10mm wide and dusted with a light coating of organic rice flour to minimise clumping.
