Organic White Premium Bakers Flour is produced by a modern method of roller milling. The premium part of the wheat grain is selected and ground by steel fluted rollers into a fine flour and the bran is sifted off to produce this white premium bakers flour. This type of fine flour does not appear to be possible by stone milling.
No Grit Makes for a Perfect Loaf of Bread
After finding out the preservatives are grown into modern wheat I went organic to make my own breads... unfortunately most organic flour is stone ground, which is bad for your teeth and gives your baked goods an undesirable gritty crunch. As this is one of few roller milled organic flours that I have come across I gave it a try and it made perfect bread, though it works out a bit pricy because of shipping large kg's interstate it's now the only flour that I use for almost everything.
Great flour for baking anything but may be super fine cakes. Make sure to use within few months or freeze to keep fresh.
