Organic White Premium Bakers Flour is an unbleached and high protein wheat flour (over 13%), which produces high quality breads and pastries. It is also suitable for general all-purpose baking and bread making.

After finding out the preservatives are grown into modern wheat I went organic to make my own breads... unfortunately most organic flour is stone ground, which is bad for your teeth and gives your baked goods an undesirable gritty crunch. As this is one of few roller milled organic flours that I have come across I gave it a try and it made perfect bread, though it works out a bit pricy because of shipping large kg's interstate it's now the only flour that I use for almost everything.
Great flour for baking anything but may be super fine cakes. Make sure to use within few months or freeze to keep fresh.
