HOW TO USE

Bakers Flour is also known as Bread Flour, its high protein and gluten content is great for yeast baking as it creates more rise in your baked goods. Organic White Premium Bakers Flour produces high quality breads and pastries and is also suitable for all-purpose baking and bread making. It is especially suitable for soft breads, rolls, pasta and flatbreads.

GROWING & PROCESSING

Wholegrain Milling is independent, family owned and run. They use grains grown by farmers who care for the long-term health of the land and grind them using traditional stone milling techniques; creating consistent quality, tasty, nutrient-dense flours.

The plant features a roller mill, specifically designed to produce premium flours at greater volumes. This ensures the flours are consistently high quality, smooth in texture, with a more subtle flavour.

Refrigerate flour to retain freshness or store in a cool, dry place.

    No Grit Makes for a Perfect Loaf of Bread

    After finding out the preservatives are grown into modern wheat I went organic to make my own breads... unfortunately most organic flour is stone ground, which is bad for your teeth and gives your baked goods an undesirable gritty crunch. As this is one of few roller milled organic flours that I have come across I gave it a try and it made perfect bread, though it works out a bit pricy because of shipping large kg&#039;s interstate it&#039;s now the only flour that I use for almost everything.

    Great flour for baking anything but may be super fine cakes. Make sure to use within few months or freeze to keep fresh.
