Organic White Premium Bakers Flour is produced by a modern method of roller milling. The premium part of the wheat grain is selected and ground by steel fluted rollers into a fine flour and the bran is sifted off to produce this white premium bakers flour. This type of fine flour does not appear to be possible by stone milling.
This delicious flour has been a game changer for my sourdough baking. I love their stoneground flour too, but the results I’ve been getting using this roller milled flour will make it very difficult to go back.

Fantastic quality and texture, smells like fresh flour (try smelling your supermarket flours - no smell).
As I opened the bag, I immediately noticed the quality of this flour. I do bake all kinds of bread a lot, and seen how they bleach the flours, I decided to go for the organic unbleached. I don't think I will go back. Yes, it costs a little more, but would your and your family's health worth it? To me it would.
