A chocolatey, nutty spread with no nasties! This DIY Nutella is made with just 4 ingredients and is vegan & gluten-free.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Ingredients

500g Organic Hazelnuts
4 tbsp Organic Maple syrup
½ - 1 cup water (depending on desired consistency)
6 tbsp Organic Cacao Powder

Optional:
1 ½ tsp vanilla bean powder
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp toasted wattle seed

method

1. Roast hazelnuts at 180°C for 10 mins
2. Using a tea towel, rub off the skins
3. Blend the hazelnuts adding the water until the consistency is slightly watery.
4. Add the maple and cacao and blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary.

Optional: Add in any or all of the optional ingredients for an extra spicy/nutty taste to your nutella. 

5. Pour the nutella into a jar and refrigerate.
