Simple Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Whip up fresh bread with this simple yet tasty recipe.

INGREDIENTS 

DESCRIPTION

  1. Preheat oven to (180°C) and line a pizza pan with grease-proof paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, Xanthan Gum, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Mix in olive oil and warm water until a smooth dough forms.
  4. Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a 12-inch circle.
  5. Transfer dough to the pizza pan and cook for 15 mins.
  6. Remove from oven. Add desired toppings (try organic tomato paste & nutritional yeast) and bake for a further 10-15 mins or until light golden brown.
  7. Garnish with a splash of oil and fresh herbs and serve.
