Makes 8-10 skewers

SHORT DESCRIPTION

Sweet, sticky and incredibly tender, these skewers will be on high rotation this BBQ season. 

INGREDIENTS

1⁄3 cup Coconut Animos
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar  
4 tbsp Honey
2 cloves garlic 
1 tbsp grated ginger 
1kg free-range or organic pork neck, trimmed & diced  
2 tbsp Better Belly BBQ Sauce  
1 tbsp Natural Body Glue™ 

DESCRIPTION

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, stir to combine, then add pork 
  2. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour 
  3. Thread pork onto skewers and cook on a hot BBQ for 4 mins on each side or until cooked through 
  4. Serve with salad or rice
     

TIP: Make the day before and allow the pork to marinate overnight for extra flavour!
