1. In a small mixing bowl combine coconut milks and coconut water. Add chia seeds, vanilla, cinnamon and natural sweetener if using. Whisk to combine well. Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes. Whisk again and stir through berries. 2. Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until set (or overnight). 3. Serve chilled with extra fresh berries and fruit on top.
