Goodness Gift Giving | Our Christmas Charity Donations 2022

We are grateful for the year we’ve had and the people we’ve shared it with. Thank you for your continued support in 2022 and enabling Honest to Goodness to thrive!

Once again in lieu of gifts to our customers and suppliers, we have chosen to show our support and give back to communities in need, near and far. 

PROJECT TIMOR 

This year we have chosen to continue our support for Project Timor, our first ‘Fair Fare’ charitable partner, who we celebrated the launch of our Neighbours Blend coffee with this year. These funds will provide the opportunity of quality education and essential nourishment for young women in the community of Maliana, Timor Leste and help them build a sustainable and better future. CANA FARM 

We are also very conscious of supporting those around us, in our local community who may be facing tough times this Christmas and have selected a couple of causes close to our home and heart. We have been supporters of  Cana Farm for some time and recently Matt and his son Will spent some time volunteering on the farm. The social enterprise offers care and support for those who suffer from illness, addiction and homelessness creating the opportunity to connect, gain valuable experience and create beautiful products and ingredients. Matt and Will had an enriching experience on the farm and it made sense to us to continue our support with a donation.

WAYSIDE CHAPEL 

As we acknowledge the abundance at our own table, we also felt drawn to support  The Wayside Chapel’s Donate a Plate initiative ensuring that the vulnerable members of our community are not hungry or alone this Christmas.
