2 tbsp organic buckwheat flour 1 tbsp chocolate flavoured protein powder or more flour 1 tbsp organic granulated sugar (raw, coconut or rapadura) 1 tbsp organic cacao powder 1/4 tsp aluminium free baking powder 1 tbsp organic coconut oil 3 tbsp cold brewed Coffee (or milk + 1 tsp instant coffee) 1 tbsp Hazelnut spread or organic dark chocolate chips
In a large mug, combine all ingredients except the spread or chocolate drops until smooth and lump free.
Dollop the spread or drops into the centre of of the mixture.
Microwave for 1 minute (1000 watt) or until toothpick comes out clean.
Serve with fresh berries, ice cream or whipped cream.
