Start your day with a bowl of this tasty gluten-free granola! Quick and easy to make using coconut and quinoa flakes, almonds and highly nutritious hemp seeds. These are all blended together with maple and cinnamon to create a fragrant toasted granola. Yum!

1+1/2 cups organic quinoa flakes (or rolled oats if preferred)
1 cup organic coconut flakes
2/3 cup organic hemp seeds
1/2 cup raw almonds, roughly chopped
1/2 tsp fine Himalayan salt
1/3 cup organic coconut oil
1/4 cup organic maple syrup or raw honey
1 tsp organic cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp organic vanilla powder (or 1 tsp vanilla extract)
1/2 cup organic dried blueberries (or dried fruit of choice)


  1. Preheat oven to 150C and line a large baking tray.
  2. In a large bowl, stir together quinoa flakes, coconut flakes, hemp seeds, chopped almonds and salt. Set aside.
  3. Melt coconut oil until just melted and then whisk in maple/honey, cinnamon and vanilla.
  4. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until thoroughly combined.
  5. Spread the granola evenly onto your lined baking tray. If you prefer chunky granola clusters, pack the mixture together more.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, stir and bake for another 5-10 minutes until fragrant and it is a light golden brown.
  7. Remove tray from the oven and allow to cool completely before adding dried blueberries stirring through.
  8. Serve with fresh fruit and your favourite plant-milk!
