Raw Christmas Slice

Method
- Blitz all base ingredients in a high speed blender until combined (nutty chunks are good)
- Line a rectangle deep dish with baking paper. Press the ingredients to the base of dish
- Top with blackberries, pistachios and buckwheat. I like to press them down to the base
- In a high speed blender, thoroughly combine 3rd layer ingredients. It should be thick, smooth and creamy
- Top the 2nd layer with cheesecake. Freeze for a few hours
- Once frozen, take out of the freezer and allow to soften for 10 mins. Slice with a hot knife into squares
- Top with melted dark choc + toppings. Enjoy!
