Simple Gluten-Free Pizza Dough

Whip up fresh bread with this simple yet tasty recipe.
Method
- Preheat oven to (180°C) and line a pizza pan with grease-proof paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, Xanthan Gum, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix in olive oil and warm water until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment paper to a 12-inch circle.
- Transfer dough to the pizza pan and cook for 15 mins.
- Remove from oven. Add desired toppings (try organic tomato paste & nutritional yeast) and bake for a further 10-15 mins or until light golden brown.
- Garnish with a splash of oil and fresh herbs and serve.
