Taste Safe Play Dough

Try this easy no-cook play dough recipe for simple, non-toxic fun. With all-natural ingredients, it is safe for little hands who can't resist a taste. The higher salt content should help discourage them from going back for seconds.
Method
- Measure the flour, salt, cream of tartar and oil into a large bowl and mix well.
- Add the food colouring to the boiling water. Note: some natural colours can be quite faint, you can always add more during the kneading process.
- Slowly add the water to the dry mixture, stirring all the time.
- Once cool, knead the dough onto a floured surface until no longer sticky.
- Store in an airtight container. To extend its life in the warmer months, pop it in the fridge.
