NUT BUTTERS: ORGANIC AND NATURAL NUTS
Opting to create homemade nut butters using organic and natural nuts means you have complete control over the ingredients that goes into making them. Creating organic nut butters is also super simple and they are incredibly healthy. Many conventional store bought nut butters contain vegetable or palm oils, stabilisers, as well as lots of added salt and sugar – that’s a great reason to make your own!
